WEEKLY BOAT RECIPE

Not everyone likes or even wants to cook - however some of us do, and spend inordinate amounts of time tracking down the best bargains in the supermarket.  So, each week we will bring you some great boat recipes, with easy instructions.  Each recipe is available to download (pdf), or print the recipe and start making your own collection.

What makes a great boat recipe? To start with you have to be able to source the ingredients easily, secondly it's got to be gas friendly (doesn't require too much cooking), thirdly it's got to be quick and easy. (Forgot to mention: also takes into account you probably have a small galley and no food processor.)  Oh, and above all it has to taste great!

Oranges are the stars of the produce aisle come winter, and they couldn't be more versatile. What ever part of the fruit you are using, the stalwart citrus lends itself well to all kinds of sweet and savory dishes.  They're cheap at the moment, so bag a bargain and get cooking.
